The Onga VF150 is a compact heavy-duty submersible drainage pump designed for reliable pumping of clear and grey water in domestic, agricultural, and light commercial applications. Built with a durable cast iron pump casing and base, the VF150 is engineered for long service life in drainage, sump, and wastewater transfer systems. The vortex impeller design allows the pump to pass soft solids up to 15 mm, reducing the risk of clogging when handling grey water or light effluent.
Powered by a 0.18 kW single-phase motor, the VF150 delivers flows up to approximately 150 litres per minute with a maximum head of about 7 metres. The fully submersible pump incorporates an automatic float switch that starts and stops the pump based on water level, allowing convenient unattended operation in pits, sumps, and drainage systems.
Designed for dependable operation, the pump includes a polycarbonate vortex impeller, dual mechanical and lip seals for motor protection, and a stainless steel motor shaft for corrosion resistance. With an IP68-rated sealed motor and moisture-sealed cable inlet, the VF150 can operate fully submerged to depths up to around 6 metres while handling water temperatures between approximately 1 °C and 40 °C.
