    Pairs well with

Automatic stock watering and balanced site irrigation are the primary service duties for this jet-driven pressure pump system. It combines the self-priming jet pump with the SW57 injector, a balanced injector configuration suited to both pressure and flow, and the ECL22 electronic controller to create a complete self-managing pressure system for rural property water supply.

Driven by a 1.5 kW single-phase 240V motor, the pump achieves a maximum flow rate of up to 122 L/Min and delivers a maximum head of up to 58 m. The CJ range is available with the EC22, ECS and ECL22 electric controllers. This specific model is factory supplied with the ECL22 controller, featuring a 22 m cut-in setting and a larger 1¼ inch connection to reduce flow restriction.

The SW57 injector works with the jet and venturi system to deliver balanced pressure and flow while maintaining a low motor load. The ECL22 1¼ inch electric switch offers significantly less flow restriction than standard 1-inch EC22 or adjustable ECS switches, ensuring the hydraulic efficiency of the SW57 injector is maximised during automatic delivery cycles.

Built for durability, the pump features a cast iron casing and a specialised double race bearing system to handle the radial forces of high-pressure distribution. The electric controller is equipped with a dual voltage circuit board with a high tolerance to power surges and brownouts. The unit is rated for liquid temperatures up to 65°C and includes a comprehensive 2-year Orange Pumps warranty.

    FEATURES

    • High-capacity 1¼ inch ECL22 electric switch ensures minimal flow restriction for improved hydraulic delivery in automated tasks.
    • Integrated pressure controller converts the jet pump into an automatic supply system with professional cut-in and cut-off points.
    • Smart run-dry protection safeguards the internal rotating assembly by automatically stopping the pump if water is unavailable.
    • Inbuilt 24-hour restart function facilitates automatic repriming following a power outage or a temporary loss of water supply.
    • Powerful 1.5 kW motor utilises double race bearings for enhanced strength and longevity during continuous automatic operation.
    • Rugged cast iron body construction provides a robust and durable housing capable of withstanding harsh farm environments.
    • Optimised jet and venturi design ensures reliable self-priming from surface sources by efficiently purging air from suction lines.
    • Stainless steel shaft and TEFC motor housing offer maximum protection against corrosion, dust, and environmental moisture.
