High-capacity automatic wastewater collection is provided by this 230-litre lifting station, making it suitable for domestic and civil drainage systems throughout Australia where gravity discharge is unavailable. The station is supplied with a GXVM submersible drainage pump and is designed to handle clean or slightly dirty water containing suspended solids up to 25 mm while operating at liquid temperatures up to 35°C.

The supplied GXVM pump features a free-flow vortex impeller that delivers efficient hydraulic performance without restricting suspended solids. Water passes through the vertical discharge arrangement while an integrated suction filter protects the pump from oversized debris. Continuous circulation of pumped liquid around the motor jacket provides effective cooling throughout operation.

Driven by a 0.45 kW single-phase 240v motor, the station achieves flows up to 220 L/min with a maximum head of 9.5 m while drawing 4.5 Amps. Automatic operation is managed by the integrated float switch, and the supplied 10 m power cable simplifies installation. The package also includes a discharge pipe kit arranged for Ø40 mm BSP thread PVC pipework.

Structural durability is provided by a corrosion-resistant medium-density polyethylene tank together with an AISI 304 stainless steel GXVM pump casing and motor jacket. A double mechanical shaft seal with an intermediate oil chamber protects the motor against water ingress, while the induction motor incorporates a built-in capacitor, thermal protector and triple impregnation humidity-proof winding for dependable long-term service.
