    Pairs well with

Built around a corrosion-resistant 230-litre polyethylene collection tank, this automatic lifting station provides reliable wastewater transfer for residential and civil applications throughout Australia. It is intended for installations where gravity drainage cannot be achieved and efficiently handles clean or slightly dirty water containing suspended solids up to 25 mm at liquid temperatures reaching 35°C.

Hydraulic performance is produced by the supplied GXVM submersible drainage pump using a free-flow vortex impeller. The impeller design allows suspended solids to pass freely while reducing the likelihood of clogging, and the integrated suction filter protects the hydraulic stages from oversized debris. A vertical delivery outlet assists installation inside compact collection stations.

The single-phase 240v motor develops 0.37 kW, delivering a maximum flow rate of 200 L/min with a maximum head of 7.8 m while drawing 3.5 Amps. An integrated float switch automatically manages pump operation according to liquid level, while the supplied 10 m cable allows flexible installation. The station also includes a discharge pipe kit arranged for Ø40 mm BSP thread PVC pipe connections.

The GXVM pump incorporates an AISI 304 stainless steel motor jacket and pump casing for long-term corrosion resistance in submerged environments. A double mechanical shaft seal with an oil chamber protects the motor, while the built-in capacitor, thermal protector and triple impregnation humidity-proof winding provide dependable performance throughout continuous duty operation.
