The GEO 500-2GQGM 6-18 is a dual-pump sewage collection and lifting station from the GEO 500 series, designed for handling unscreened raw sewage and wastewater in municipal, domestic, and industrial environments. The system incorporates a 500 liter capacity tank and is configured for automatic operation with two single-phase grinder pumps. This station is suitable for applications requiring reliable wastewater transfer from below-grade installations to mains sewage collectors.

Constructed from medium-density polyethylene, the 500 liter tank resists corrosion and features a compact overall footprint. The tank accommodates the installation of two GQG series submersible grinder pumps with horizontal delivery ports. Each pump incorporates a high-power grinding system designed to process solids and fibrous materials frequently encountered in raw sewage. The station includes a support kit with two float switches for automatic pump activation and a control box with starting capacitors for single-phase motor operation. Two duck foot coupling kits and two 63 mm PVC discharge pipe kits with ball valves and non-return ball valves complete the installation package. The tank supports underground installation with optional extensions and provides easy pump access through a screw-fixed cover.

Each pump in the GEO 500-2GQGM 6-18 configuration is powered by a 0.9 kW single-phase motor operating on a 230 V ± 10% supply with a rated current of 7 Amps. The pump achieves a maximum head of 16.5 meters and a maximum flow of 13.2 m³/h (220 L/Min) per pump, delivering a combined maximum flow of 26.4 m³/h (440 L/Min) with both pumps in parallel operation. The discharge connection measures 63 mm in diameter. The induction motor operates at 2900 rpm with a 50 Hz power supply.

Thermal protection is incorporated within each motor, with the control panel providing additional protection and starting capacitor management. The pumps feature a 10 meter cable length and are rated for liquid temperatures up to 35°C. The grinding mechanism enables processing of solids typically found in raw sewage applications. The installation supports depths as required by the application configuration.
