The GEO 500-2GQGM 6-21 is a dual-pump sewage collection and lifting station featuring two high-power grinder pumps in a 500 liter capacity configuration. This system from the GEO 500 series is engineered for municipal, domestic, and industrial wastewater applications requiring the handling of unscreened raw sewage containing fibrous solids and debris. The automatic lifting station operates with float switch activation and includes comprehensive control systems for reliable performance.

The station incorporates a medium-density polyethylene tank with 500 liter nominal capacity, offering corrosion resistance and minimal spatial requirements. Two GQG series submersible grinder pumps with horizontal delivery ports are installed within the tank, each equipped with a grinding mechanism for processing challenging wastewater constituents. The included support kit features dual float switches for level sensing and automatic pump sequencing. The installation package comprises two duck foot coupling kits and two 63 mm PVC discharge pipe kits complete with ball valves and non-return ball valves. The tank design permits both ground-level and underground installation, with extension options available for deeper burial applications.

Each pump is rated at 1.1 kW and operates on a single-phase 230 V ± 10% power supply with a current draw of 7.5 Amps. The pump achieves a maximum head of 19.2 meters with a maximum flow of 15 m³/h (250 L/Min) per pump. Combined parallel operation delivers up to 30 m³/h (500 L/Min) at peak flow. The discharge connection is specified at 63 mm diameter. The 2-pole induction motor runs at 2900 rpm with 50 Hz frequency and incorporates thermal protection. Each pump is supplied with a 10 meter cable for installation flexibility.

Motor protection is provided through integrated thermal sensors with the control panel managing starting capacitors and operational sequencing. The grinding system enables effective handling of fibrous materials encountered in sewage applications. The system operates with liquid temperatures up to 35°C and supports various installation depths. The cover provides access for maintenance and pump inspection.
