The GEO 500-2GQSM 40-9 is a dual-pump sewage collection and lifting station from the GEO 500 series, featuring two GQS series submersible pumps with free-flow vortex impellers. This system is engineered for municipal, domestic, and industrial wastewater applications requiring reliable handling of effluent and sewage containing solids and debris. The automatic station includes a 500 liter capacity tank with comprehensive control systems.

The 500 liter medium-density polyethylene tank provides corrosion resistance and is manufactured with minimum overall dimensions to optimize installation space. Two GQS series submersible pumps with vertical delivery ports are installed within the tank. Each pump incorporates a free-flow vortex impeller design that enables passage of solids without clogging. The station includes a support kit with two float switches for automatic level detection and pump activation. Two 50 mm PVC discharge pipe kits are supplied with the station for clean water applications. The tank supports both ground-level and underground installation with optional extensions.

Each pump is powered by a 0.45 kW single-phase motor operating on 230 V ± 10% supply with a rated current of 4.5 Amps. The pump delivers a maximum head of 8.8 meters and a maximum flow of 21 m³/h (350 L/Min) per pump. Combined parallel operation provides up to 42 m³/h (700 L/Min) total flow. The discharge connection measures 50 mm in diameter. The 2-pole induction motor runs at 2900 rpm with 50 Hz frequency and incorporates thermal protection with built-in capacitor. Cable length is 10 meters per pump.

Thermal protection is integrated within the motor windings with an incorporated capacitor for starting. The vortex impeller design enables free-flow passage of solids. The system operates with liquid temperatures up to 35°C and supports various installation depths. Pump access is provided through a screw-fixed cover for maintenance.
