Product Overview
Defined by its heavy-duty structural framework, the Pedrollo MC20/50 MC Submersible Channel Pump, FBSP provides robust fluid management capabilities for commercial installations. The exterior is composed of thick cast iron, resisting the underground pressures and chemical degradation associated with raw sewage and wastewater environments.
Designed to address the severe operational demands of municipal transfer loops, the pump processes sludge-mixed water and aggressive effluent. By facilitating passage for suspended solids and short fibers, this mechanism limits mechanical stalling when handling raw liquids. The dense metal casting weighs 41.9 kg, supporting stationary anchoring in subterranean pits.
Fluid velocity is controlled by a TWO-CHANNEL impeller forged from 304 stainless steel. Debris is forcibly ejected through a 65 mm outlet, helping to minimize back pressure. The drive shaft is defended by a double mechanical seal array separated by a dedicated oil chamber, allowing the system to achieve a 900 L/Min flow rate and a vertical head limit of 16 m.
Addressing long-term operating efficiencies, the three-phase electrical footprint operates with a 1.5 kW motor drawing 5 Amps across a 415v supply. Equipped with a standard 10-metre power cable for straightforward integration, this continuously rated mechanism supports intensive extraction while immersed in liquid mediums scaling up to a maximum temperature of 40 degrees Celsius.
