Product Overview
Precision fluid velocity routing defines the Pedrollo MC30/50-F MC Submersible Channel Pump, Guide Rail as a capable asset for high-demand municipal infrastructure. The thermodynamic layout safely accelerates raw sewage and suspended solids, stabilizing circulation within aggressive extraction networks.
To maintain structural integrity against underground corrosion, the main pump housing is forged from thick cast iron layered with a protective cataphoresis treatment. This robust metal shell isolates delicate mechanical tolerances from abrasive sludge mixtures. Weighing 45.5 kg, the dense chassis provides anchoring force to mitigate vibrations during startup cycles.
Managing heavy wastewater volumes, the internal hydraulic matrix relies on a rugged TWO-CHANNEL impeller made from 304 stainless steel. This mechanism accelerates liquid through a 65 mm discharge port, clearing short fibers and sludge. This unit is suitable for guide rail installations using an automatic coupling arrangement that allows vital service access without requiring personnel to enter the wet well.
Providing torque is a 2.2 kW three-phase motor pulling 6.5 Amps across a 415v grid. The drive shaft is protected by a double mechanical seal separated by an internal oil chamber. Supported by a 10-metre power cable, the assembly sustains operation in abrasive liquid environments up to 40 degrees Celsius, achieving an 1100 L/Min flow rate and a 22 m head limit.
Features

What is the maximum immersion liquid temperature described for this pump?
The pump supports liquid temperatures up to 40 °C, allowing the MC30/50-F to operate in wastewater environments within this stated temperature limit.
What is the maximum head rating?
The maximum head is 22 m, while the MC30 50-F delivers wastewater through its hydraulic system according to the required operating flow.
How can the pump be removed for maintenance?
An automatic coupling base and guide-rail arrangement lets the MC30/50-F be accessed for servicing without requiring entry into the wet well.
What construction details help protect against underground corrosion?
A thick cast iron housing with cataphoresis treatment helps resist corrosion from abrasive sludge, protecting the MC30_50-F in wastewater installations.
What motor and flow capacity are described?
The 2.2 kW three-phase motor draws 6.5 A at 415 V and delivers up to 1100 L/min with the MC30/50-F.
