Precision fluid velocity paths define the Pedrollo VXC30/50-F VXC Submersible Vortex Pump, Guide Rail as a highly capable extraction tool. Designed for subterranean networks, the hydraulic loop manages the transfer of dirty water and raw sewage. This stabilization helps the system to route sludge mixtures smoothly.
Driven by a VORTEX impeller, the unit moves solid debris through its 65 mm discharge port. This dynamic is protected by a double mechanical seal system featuring an oil chamber. These components safely accelerate internal liquids to generate a flow rate of 850 L/Min, pushing fluid upward to a maximum head pressure of 15.5 m.
To maintain integrity against caustic wastewater, the casing is cast from thick iron augmented by cataphoresis treatment. Weighing 45.5 kg, the dense body supports stationary stability. This model is suitable for guide rail installations using an automatic coupling arrangement that allows service access without entering the wet well.
Electrical loading is managed by a 2.2 kW three-phase motor pulling 5 Amps over a 415v supply. Supplied with a 10-metre power cable, the architecture dissipates heat efficiently, operating submerged in liquids up to 40 degrees Celsius. Warranty & Returns
All products supplied by Foundation Pumps are covered by a minimum 12-month warranty unless otherwise stated. Some brands may offer longer manufacturer warranties. Warranty covers manufacturing defects, faulty materials and workmanship under normal use.
- Products must be installed correctly and in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.
- Warranty does not cover incorrect installation, misuse, dry running, normal wear and tear, unauthorised repairs or damage caused by external factors.
- Proof of purchase, photos, videos and installation details may be requested when assessing a warranty claim.
- The customer is responsible for returning the product to Foundation Pumps or the nominated service centre unless otherwise agreed.
- Removal, reinstallation, labour and associated site costs are generally the customer’s responsibility unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
- Change-of-mind returns may be accepted within 30 days provided the product is unused, uninstalled and returned in its original packaging.
- Customers are responsible for return freight costs for change-of-mind returns.
- Restocking fees may apply to special-order, bulky or non-stocked products.
- Used, installed or specially ordered products may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns.
- If a product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact Foundation Pumps as soon as possible so we can assist with the appropriate repair, replacement or refund.
