Product Overview
Constructed to address heavy demands, the Pedrollo VXC30/70-F VXC Submersible Vortex Pump, Guide Rail is forged from heavy-gauge cast iron. This casing is treated with cataphoresis, isolating mechanics from corrosive attacks. Weighing 41.0 kg, the casting anchors the unit securely, limiting vibration during active extraction.
An optimized cast iron VORTEX impeller pushes suspended solids outward to maintain clear fluid pathways. This hydraulic assembly is safeguarded by a double mechanical seal design partitioned by an oil chamber. These applied technologies generate a maximum flow rate of 1200 L/min while sustaining fluid transport up to a 9.7 m manometric head limit.
Driving this output is a 2.2 kW three-phase motor pulling 5.5 Amps across a 415v supply. Built to endure continuous immersion, the unit is furnished with a 10-metre power cable. Tolerating abrasive liquid mediums up to 40 degrees Celsius, this configuration supports municipal sewage processing networks while helping to regulate power consumption.
Developed for facilities tackling dirty water, this system routes unrefined sewage and sludge mixtures safely. The design is suitable for guide rail installations using an automatic coupling arrangement that allows service access without entering the wet well. Outfitted with an 80 mm port, it effectively manages unpredictable commercial fluid transfer.
