The Onga BM2-90H Blazemaster 2 is a twin stage petrol engine-driven firefighting pump designed for high-demand applications including emergency response, long-distance water transfer, irrigation, and tank filling. Its twin impeller configuration is engineered to deliver high head performance, making it suitable for pumping over extended distances and elevated terrains.
Constructed using marine-grade aluminium across the pump casing, twin impellers, diffuser, and discharge components, the BM2-90H provides excellent strength, corrosion resistance, and portability. The advanced hydraulic design enhances pressure generation while maintaining stable and efficient flow characteristics. Internal components include a carbon/ceramic mechanical seal and NBR O-rings to ensure reliable sealing under demanding operating conditions.
Based on the performance curve for the BM2-90H twin stage model, the pump delivers a maximum flow of approximately 610 L/min at low head conditions and achieves a maximum head of approximately 100 metres at shut-off. It also supports a maximum suction lift of 8 metres, enabling efficient water draw from tanks, dams, and open water sources.
The unit is powered by a Honda GX270 9 HP 4-stroke petrol engine operating at 3000 RPM, providing reliable and fuel-efficient performance. It features a 5.3-litre fuel tank and uses 10W/30 API SG oil, making it suitable for continuous duty operation in demanding field conditions.
