AstralPool Viron eQuilibrium EQ35 Salt Chlorinator for Pool Management with AI Mode Compatibility

Maintaining larger residential pools often requires a balance between effective sanitisation and efficient water chemistry control. The AstralPool Viron eQuilibrium EQ35 combines both functions within a single automation-ready platform, pairing chlorine generation with semi-automatic pH management to help simplify ongoing pool care.

At the core of the system is intelligent dosing software that continuously adjusts acid dosing according to chlorinator cell output. This coordinated approach assists with maintaining more consistent pH conditions while reducing the need for frequent manual correction. Bluetooth® connectivity through the ChlorinatorGO app provides convenient access to operational settings and system monitoring from a compatible mobile device.

Additional functionality becomes available through optional accessories. Automatic pH monitoring can be achieved with the addition of a compatible pH sensor and sensor kit, while automatic chlorine level control can be introduced through the optional Gold Tip ORP sensor. When paired with a Viron XT variable speed pump, AI Mode can automatically manage filtration hours, chlorine production, pH balance and water turnover to suit changing pool conditions.

The EQ35 produces up to 35 g/h of chlorine and is recommended for pools up to 130,000 litres in temperate climates or 80,000 litres in tropical climates. Suitable for salinity levels from 3,000–8,000 ppm with 4,000 ppm recommended, the system also includes four programmable timers, two light timers and compatibility with the Viron Connect ecosystem for expanded automation opportunities.
