Keeping residential pool water balanced and consistently sanitised becomes easier with the Lifeguard DCLG-15C chlorination and chemistry control system. Designed for automated pool management, the unit combines salt chlorination, chemistry monitoring, and pool equipment management within a compact platform suited to everyday residential filtration systems.

Chlorine production reaches 15 g/hr with calcium hypochlorite equivalency of 23 g/hr during operation. The controller operates from a single-phase 240V supply with maximum power consumption of 0.12 kW and is designed for salt levels between 3000 and 6000 ppm. Recommended pool capacity extends to 60,000 litres in cool climates, 48,000 litres in temperate regions, and 36,000 litres in hot or tropical environments.

Pool chemistry management is handled through integrated pH sensing, automatic acid dosing, ORP regulation, and continuous salt and temperature monitoring. WiFi connectivity allows operational adjustment and monitoring through compatible smart-device control, while the reverse polarity chlorinator cell assists in limiting calcium buildup during long-term operation.

The controller enclosure is manufactured using UV stabilised materials for outdoor equipment installations and incorporates an integrated flow switch for additional operating protection. Variable speed pump management, heat pump control capability, and a digital LCD interface are all built into the system, with plumbing compatibility supporting both 40 mm and 50 mm connections.
