Calcium buildup is minimised on the titanium plates by periodic polarity reversal of the cell power supply. The ruthenium coating on the cell plates is applied to extend the service life of the hardware. This replacement cell assembly weighs 2 kg. The housing contains multiple parallel plates configured to maximize contact with the circulating pool water flow.

Operating with a 240 V power supply, the unit outputs 25 grams of chlorine per hour. The pool water must maintain a total dissolved solids level of 3000 to 5000 ppm. Circulation is maintained by the main pool pump through 40 mm PVC piping. This output level provides sufficient sanitising capacity for medium pool volumes under standard bather loads.

User control is facilitated through a simple digital navigation screen on the power pack. A cover mode setting is activated with one button to drop chlorine output to 20% to protect pool liners. The outer enclosure resists standard environmental exposure. Mounting brackets are pre-molded on the rear casing for standard wall installation.
