The SWC60pH pool controller merges high chlorine generation with integrated water balance control. Diluted acid dosing is completed by an integrated peristaltic pump via chemical-resistant tubing. The self-cleaning titanium cell employs reverse polarity cycles and features ruthenium coating. The controller and pump unit weighs 5 kg. The mechanical design keeps the acid feed system separated from the central electrical board.

A 240 V electrical supply powers the system to yield 60 grams of chlorine per hour. It relies on an algorithmic calculation to determine acid dosing without using physical probes, removing sensor calibration. Required salinity is 3000 to 5000 ppm. Dosing adjustments occur based on runtime calculations to keep water balanced.

A digital screen offers access to sanitation and balancing configurations. This model incorporates three timed auxiliary power outlets to run extra hardware like booster pumps. The weather-resistant enclosure houses the electronics for outdoor setups. Operators can coordinate the large cell output with complex pool filtration timetables.
