PoolControls Zenclean Cartridge Filter 150B 15 Micron Pool & Spa Filter with UV Resistant Tank

For residential and semi-commercial pools, the Zenclean Cartridge Filter 150B combines a UV-resistant tank with a heavy-duty ring-lock lid around its cartridge filtration assembly. The B Series is equipped with a universal standard union connection, pressure gauge and cartridge filter element.

A 13.72 m² filter area is provided by the 150B cartridge element, which has a 15 micron rating and 175 folds. The maximum flow rate is 555 L/Min (120 GPM, 27.2 m³/hr), with the specified flow velocity listed at 0.375 GPM/ft² (0.917 m³/hr/m²). Connection size is 2.0 inch / 63 mm.

Operating limits for the tank are specified at 250 kPa / 36 psi (2.5 bar) maximum pressure and 40°C (104°F) maximum temperature. The cartridge element has a Ø183 mm diameter and a listed length of 904.5 mm.

Pressure monitoring is provided by an oil-filled pressure gauge, while the screw-type air bleed valve releases trapped air from the tank. A heavy-duty ring-lock lid allows access to the cartridge element for cleaning and replacement.
