The Onga B48YE Blazemaster is a single-stage engine-driven firefighting pump designed for high-pressure water delivery in emergency response, irrigation, and water transfer applications. This model features an electric start system for easier and more reliable engine operation, making it ideal for rapid deployment in critical situations.

Constructed from lightweight corrosion-resistant aluminium, the pump incorporates a large pump casing with a raised suction port and integrated non-return valve to enhance priming performance. The hydraulic components are engineered using Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) to ensure efficient flow and stable pressure output under demanding conditions.

Based on the performance data, the pump delivers a maximum flow of 480 L/Min at 10 m head and operates up to approximately 50 m head, where flow reduces to 27 L/Min. This performance range makes it suitable for firefighting and moderate to high head water transfer applications.

The unit is powered by a Yanmar L48N diesel engine producing 4.7 HP, operating at 3000 RPM for continuous duty. The addition of electric start improves ease of use, particularly in emergency conditions, while maintaining reliable diesel-powered performance for off-grid operation.
