The Onga B55BS Aluminium Single Stage Firefighting Pump is a high-performance engine-driven pump designed for firefighting, irrigation, water transfer, and tank filling applications. It is built for reliability and consistent operation in rural, agricultural, and emergency environments where dependable high flow delivery is required.

Constructed with a lightweight yet durable powder-coated aluminium pump casing, the B55BS provides excellent corrosion resistance and portability. The pump features a large casing with a raised suction port and inbuilt non-return valve for improved priming capability. Internal components include glass-filled nylon impellers, nitrile seals, and ceramic and carbon seal faces, ensuring durability and long service life.

Powered by a Briggs & Stratton Intek I/C 5HP petrol engine, the pump delivers reliable performance in off-grid conditions. Based on model-specific performance data, it achieves a maximum flow of 600 L/Min under low head conditions and a maximum head of approx 55 m. This makes it suitable for high volume water transfer and general firefighting use.

The pump is designed for handling clean, non-aggressive water without solids or fibres. It operates within a liquid temperature range of 1°C to 55°C and is suitable for continuous duty at 3000 RPM, ensuring stable performance across varying operating conditions.
