Product Overview
The DIWA5T model handles the operational challenges of managing domestic wastewater. Incorporating submersible pumps for clean and slightly dirty water manufactured in AISI 304 stainless steel, this grey water pump manages the extraction demands associated with emptying tanks and processing output from residential washing machines without a float switch.
Powered by a three-phase 415v electrical configuration, the motor generates 0.55 kW of output drawing a rated current of 1.48 Amps. The hydraulic assembly reliably achieves a maximum flow rate of approximately 250 L/Min and reaches a maximum head of 8.6 m. The dry electric motor is cooled by the pumped liquid, safely permitting activation up to 50°C.
Wear is controlled by the DRIVELUB SEAL SYSTEM, a multiple seal layout encompassing an internal oil chamber. This system merges a V-ring with a silicon carbide mechanical seal, creating a barrier against infiltration. The diffuser plate is coated with polyurethane for resistance to hydraulic abrasion. Fluid is driven by an open impeller through a 32 mm inlet.
Weighing exactly 11 kg, the device supports stable positioning within sumps. The structural casing delivers IPX8-rated protection for absolute underwater submersion. Class F insulation keeps the electrical layout secure, and the assembly is supplied with a 10-meter H07RN-F power cord, supporting the transfer of suspended solids up to 8 mm.

Warranty & Returns
All products supplied by Foundation Pumps are covered by a minimum 12-month warranty unless otherwise stated. Some brands may offer longer manufacturer warranties. Warranty covers manufacturing defects, faulty materials and workmanship under normal use.
- Products must be installed correctly and in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.
- Warranty does not cover incorrect installation, misuse, dry running, normal wear and tear, unauthorised repairs or damage caused by external factors.
- Proof of purchase, photos, videos and installation details may be requested when assessing a warranty claim.
- The customer is responsible for returning the product to Foundation Pumps or the nominated service centre unless otherwise agreed.
- Removal, reinstallation, labour and associated site costs are generally the customer’s responsibility unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
- Change-of-mind returns may be accepted within 30 days provided the product is unused, uninstalled and returned in its original packaging.
- Customers are responsible for return freight costs for change-of-mind returns.
- Restocking fees may apply to special-order, bulky or non-stocked products.
- Used, installed or specially ordered products may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns.
- If a product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact Foundation Pumps as soon as possible so we can assist with the appropriate repair, replacement or refund.
