Product Overview
Constructed around an AISI 304 stainless steel housing, the DIWA7T grey water pump provides high structural stability. By incorporating submersible pumps for clean and slightly dirty water manufactured in AISI 304 stainless steel, this unit handles continuous fluid tasks. The casing is engineered to assist the emptying of tanks and domestic wastewater loops.
This three-phase 415v unit utilizes a 0.75 kW motor that draws a rated current of 2.46 Amps. The system achieves a maximum flow of approximately 325 L/Min and projects liquid to a maximum head of 11.2 m without requiring a float switch. The dry electric motor is actively cooled by the pumped liquid, permitting activation provided the temperature stays below 50°C.
To protect the internal chamber, the assembly employs the DRIVELUB SEAL SYSTEM, utilizing a V-ring alongside a silicon carbide mechanical seal within an oil chamber. The diffuser plate is heavily coated with polyurethane, supplying resistance to abrasion. Liquid enters through a 32 mm base inlet and exits via a 32 mm threaded outlet.
With a documented net weight of 13 kg, the device provides reliable positioning within catchments. The unit is fitted with a 10-meter H07RN-F power cord and delivers IPX8-rated protection for submersion. Class F insulation ensures the electrical layout remains completely secure, allowing the pump to safely pass suspended solids up to 8 mm.
Features
