Product Overview

Addressing the challenges of emergency water extraction, the DOC7 Vortex Sump Pump c/w Float Switch incorporates advanced protection. Engineered for emptying residential sumps, the single-phase 240v unit utilizes thermal overload containment to protect the motor from overheating. The active circuitry draws 2.96 Amps to ensure reliable performance.

The internal architecture leverages a specialized vortex impeller for heavier debris handling. This configuration allows the system to process suspended solid matter up to 20mm in diameter without risking internal blockages. Accommodating larger particles, fluid dynamics stabilize pressure while expediting wastewater outward through a 32 mm discharge port.

Facilitating drainage operations across submerged zones, the framework generates a maximum flow of 175 L/Min. Activating automatically via a pre-assembled float switch, the system manages continuous liquid displacement with a 6.8 meter max head. The 0.55 kW drive delivers torque to clear tanks smoothly.

Constructed to endure submerged environments, the primary housing acts as a resilient barrier against underground conditions. This layout minimizes degradation while maintaining a strict 6 kg net weight. The dry motor is actively cooled by the pumped liquid, dispersing heat below the 40 degrees threshold.
