Product Overview
High capacity commercial secondary tap hot water circulation with up to 12 m head requirements, domestic water piping loops, solar primary circuits, and radiator loops are effectively handled by the Lowara TLCHN 25-12L. This wet rotor circulator pump delivers maximum performance for the most demanding commercial sanitary water applications.
Three speed manual selection provides comprehensive performance flexibility. Speed 1 at 285 W draws 1.36 A, Speed 2 at 372 W draws 1.69 A, and Speed 3 at 400 W draws 1.73 A on 240 V single-phase supply. Maximum head reaches 12 m with flow up to 160 L/Min at rated conditions.
The high performance motor is configured with ceramic axial and radial bearings lubricated by the pumped liquid. The stainless steel pump body provides corrosion resistance, while the composite impeller and ceramic wear ring deliver efficient, long-lasting hydraulic performance. The wet rotor design ensures quiet operation.
Installation is suitable for horizontal or vertical piping with motor axis horizontal. Threaded connections are available in 1"1/4 and 1"1/2 sizes. Liquid temperature capability ranges from +2°C to +110°C with recommended maximum of 65°C. Maximum operating pressure is 10 bar PN10 with IP44 protection class.

Warranty & Returns
All products supplied by Foundation Pumps are covered by a minimum 12-month warranty unless otherwise stated. Some brands may offer longer manufacturer warranties. Warranty covers manufacturing defects, faulty materials and workmanship under normal use.
- Products must be installed correctly and in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.
- Warranty does not cover incorrect installation, misuse, dry running, normal wear and tear, unauthorised repairs or damage caused by external factors.
- Proof of purchase, photos, videos and installation details may be requested when assessing a warranty claim.
- The customer is responsible for returning the product to Foundation Pumps or the nominated service centre unless otherwise agreed.
- Removal, reinstallation, labour and associated site costs are generally the customer’s responsibility unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
- Change-of-mind returns may be accepted within 30 days provided the product is unused, uninstalled and returned in its original packaging.
- Customers are responsible for return freight costs for change-of-mind returns.
- Restocking fees may apply to special-order, bulky or non-stocked products.
- Used, installed or specially ordered products may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns.
- If a product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact Foundation Pumps as soon as possible so we can assist with the appropriate repair, replacement or refund.
