Product Overview
Sanitary light commercial high-flow and high-head installations including secondary hot water recirculation in multi-unit dwellings, motels, and schools are efficiently served by the Lowara TLCHN 25-7L. This wet rotor circulator pump delivers enhanced performance for commercial hot water distribution systems.
Three speed manual selection provides performance flexibility across varying system demands. Speed 1 at 220 W draws 1.03 A, Speed 2 at 228 W draws 1.04 A, and Speed 3 at 260 W draws 1.13 A on 240 V single-phase supply. Maximum head is approximately 7.1 m with flow reaching 140 L/Min.
Heavy-duty construction features a stainless steel pump body with composite material impeller. The ceramic wear ring and axial and radial bearings are lubricated by the pumped liquid. The design is specifically configured for higher flow and head requirements in light commercial sanitary water applications.
Threaded connections with 1"1/4 and 1"1/2 sizes support flexible installation. The pump is suitable for horizontal or vertical piping with motor axis horizontal. Liquid temperature capability ranges from +2°C to +110°C with recommended maximum of 65°C. Maximum operating pressure is 10 bar PN10 with IP44 protection.

Warranty & Returns
All products supplied by Foundation Pumps are covered by a minimum 12-month warranty unless otherwise stated. Some brands may offer longer manufacturer warranties. Warranty covers manufacturing defects, faulty materials and workmanship under normal use.
- Products must be installed correctly and in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.
- Warranty does not cover incorrect installation, misuse, dry running, normal wear and tear, unauthorised repairs or damage caused by external factors.
- Proof of purchase, photos, videos and installation details may be requested when assessing a warranty claim.
- The customer is responsible for returning the product to Foundation Pumps or the nominated service centre unless otherwise agreed.
- Removal, reinstallation, labour and associated site costs are generally the customer’s responsibility unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
- Change-of-mind returns may be accepted within 30 days provided the product is unused, uninstalled and returned in its original packaging.
- Customers are responsible for return freight costs for change-of-mind returns.
- Restocking fees may apply to special-order, bulky or non-stocked products.
- Used, installed or specially ordered products may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns.
- If a product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact Foundation Pumps as soon as possible so we can assist with the appropriate repair, replacement or refund.
