Built with a cast iron housing for closed-loop domestic heating circuits, it reads system resistance continuously and adjusts output to match, rather than running at a fixed setting regardless of actual load.
Even at peak output the pump draws only 34 W, delivering 32.3 L/Min against 6 m of maximum head, with current consumption automatically varying between 0.04 A and 0.32 A on a 1 x 240 V supply as demand changes throughout the day. An Energy Efficiency Index of 0.17 reflects the electronically commutated motor's reduced power draw.
An automatic reduced night-time duty function lowers output further during low-demand overnight periods, detected from system flow rather than a preset timer. The cast iron housing and composite impeller are built for standard closed-loop radiator circuits, with a liquid temperature range from 2°C to 110°C.
Housed at a compact 130 mm port-to-port length, the pump suits tighter valve spacing than the 180 mm variant, and an IPX4D enclosure provides a higher level of ingress protection than the IP44 rating typical of fixed-speed heating circulators. Class F insulation completes the specification.

All products supplied by Foundation Pumps are covered by a minimum 12-month warranty unless otherwise stated. Some brands may offer longer manufacturer warranties. Warranty covers manufacturing defects, faulty materials and workmanship under normal use.

- The customer is responsible for returning the product to Foundation Pumps or the nominated service centre unless otherwise agreed.

- Change-of-mind returns may be accepted within 30 days provided the product is unused, uninstalled and returned in its original packaging.
- Customers are responsible for return freight costs for change-of-mind returns.
- Restocking fees may apply to special-order, bulky or non-stocked products.
- Used, installed or specially ordered products may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns.
- If a product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact Foundation Pumps as soon as possible so we can assist with the appropriate repair, replacement or refund.
