It is designed for domestic hot water recirculation loops where continuous adjustment delivers both consistent performance and lower running costs.
Even at its highest duty point the pump draws only 34 W, delivering 32.3 L/Min against 6 m of maximum head, with current consumption self-adjusting between 0.04 A and 0.32 A depending on real-time demand. Rated voltage is 1 x 240 V, and an Energy Efficiency Index of 0.17 reflects the electronically commutated motor's reduced power draw.
An automatic reduced night-time duty mode further limits output during low-demand overnight hours without requiring a separate timer, adjusting based on detected system flow rather than a fixed schedule. The stainless steel pump housing and composite impeller are suited to potable hot water, with liquid temperatures supported from 0°C up to 110°C.
The compact 130 mm port-to-port body suits tighter installation spaces than the longer 180 mm variant, while an IPX4D enclosure rating provides a higher level of ingress protection than the standard IP44 seen on fixed-speed circulators. Class F insulation completes the specification.

All products supplied by Foundation Pumps are covered by a minimum 12-month warranty unless otherwise stated. Some brands may offer longer manufacturer warranties. Warranty covers manufacturing defects, faulty materials and workmanship under normal use.
- Products must be installed correctly and in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.
- Warranty does not cover incorrect installation, misuse, dry running, normal wear and tear, unauthorised repairs or damage caused by external factors.
- Proof of purchase, photos, videos and installation details may be requested when assessing a warranty claim.
- The customer is responsible for returning the product to Foundation Pumps or the nominated service centre unless otherwise agreed.
- Removal, reinstallation, labour and associated site costs are generally the customer’s responsibility unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
- Change-of-mind returns may be accepted within 30 days provided the product is unused, uninstalled and returned in its original packaging.
- Customers are responsible for return freight costs for change-of-mind returns.
- Restocking fees may apply to special-order, bulky or non-stocked products.
- Used, installed or specially ordered products may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns.
- If a product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact Foundation Pumps as soon as possible so we can assist with the appropriate repair, replacement or refund.
