Product Overview
Process water disinfection using specialised aggressive chemicals such as Fluorosilicic Acid requires a dosing system with matched material components and advanced sensing. This Smart Digital S variant is configured with a Sapphire sensor to ensure operational safety and monitoring accuracy where standard sensors are chemically incompatible with the media.
Driven by a 24 W motor, the pump delivers a maximum dosing capacity of 12.0 L/h and is rated for operation against a 10 bar maximum backpressure. It offers a 1000:1 turn-down ratio, enabling the system to scale down to a minimum flow of 12.0 ml/h without sacrificing the precision of the volumetric output in automated dosing cycles.
The hydraulic design features stepper motor technology that ensures smooth and continuous dosing. FlowControl continuously monitors the dosing process, while AutoFlowAdapt automatically compensates for changes in process pressure to maintain accurate dosing.
Structural durability is ensured by a PVDF pump head and PTFE gaskets paired with a chemically resistant Sapphire sensor. Connectivity is enhanced via communication functions available according to the selected control variant. Housed in an IP65 enclosure, the unit handles liquid temperatures up to 45°C.

Warranty & Returns
All products supplied by Foundation Pumps are covered by a minimum 12-month warranty unless otherwise stated. Some brands may offer longer manufacturer warranties. Warranty covers manufacturing defects, faulty materials and workmanship under normal use.
- Products must be installed correctly and in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.
- Warranty does not cover incorrect installation, misuse, dry running, normal wear and tear, unauthorised repairs or damage caused by external factors.
- Proof of purchase, photos, videos and installation details may be requested when assessing a warranty claim.
- The customer is responsible for returning the product to Foundation Pumps or the nominated service centre unless otherwise agreed.
- Removal, reinstallation, labour and associated site costs are generally the customer’s responsibility unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
- Change-of-mind returns may be accepted within 30 days provided the product is unused, uninstalled and returned in its original packaging.
- Customers are responsible for return freight costs for change-of-mind returns.
- Restocking fees may apply to special-order, bulky or non-stocked products.
- Used, installed or specially ordered products may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns.
- If a product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact Foundation Pumps as soon as possible so we can assist with the appropriate repair, replacement or refund.
