Product Overview
Maximum capacity within the standard DDA range for higher-volume chemical injection and industrial transfer duties. This system is intended for process users who require the maximum hydraulic capacity of the DDA series while maintaining precise signal control and alarm feedback.
Driven by a 24 W single-phase motor, the unit produces a maximum dosing capacity of 30.0 L/h at a 4 bar maximum pressure. It utilises a 1000:1 turn-down ratio, allowing the operator to adjust the output via the graphical LC display menu for precise control from the peak flow down to a minimum of 30.0 ml/h.
The hydraulic assembly features stepper motor technology and full stroke operation, providing smooth and continuous dosing. The AR control functionality includes manual speed adjustment and ml/pulse control, ensuring consistent volumetric accuracy is maintained even as system backpressure varies.
Mechanical integrity is provided by a PVDF dosing head and durable PTFE gaskets paired with ceramic ball valves. Housed in an IP65 enclosure, it handles liquid temperatures to 45°C and includes two potential-free output relays for alarm signalling or integration with external control systems.

Warranty & Returns
All products supplied by Foundation Pumps are covered by a minimum 12-month warranty unless otherwise stated. Some brands may offer longer manufacturer warranties. Warranty covers manufacturing defects, faulty materials and workmanship under normal use.
- Products must be installed correctly and in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.
- Warranty does not cover incorrect installation, misuse, dry running, normal wear and tear, unauthorised repairs or damage caused by external factors.
- Proof of purchase, photos, videos and installation details may be requested when assessing a warranty claim.
- The customer is responsible for returning the product to Foundation Pumps or the nominated service centre unless otherwise agreed.
- Removal, reinstallation, labour and associated site costs are generally the customer’s responsibility unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
- Change-of-mind returns may be accepted within 30 days provided the product is unused, uninstalled and returned in its original packaging.
- Customers are responsible for return freight costs for change-of-mind returns.
- Restocking fees may apply to special-order, bulky or non-stocked products.
- Used, installed or specially ordered products may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns.
- If a product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact Foundation Pumps as soon as possible so we can assist with the appropriate repair, replacement or refund.
