Product Overview
High-volume chemical transfer tasks require the throughput capacity of the Smart Digital S series. This configuration is optimised for applications that demand up to 30 litres per hour while maintaining the monitoring and accuracy required for modern industrial automation.
The unit is powered by a 24 W motor operating on 240v, delivering a maximum dosing capacity of 30.0 L/h at a 4 bar maximum operating pressure. It achieves a 1000:1 turn-down ratio, enabling the system to precisely scale down to 30.0 ml/h without losing the accuracy of the volumetric output during the dosing cycle.
The hydraulic assembly utilises advanced stepper motor technology to provide smooth and continuous dosing suitable for degassing liquids. FlowControl continuously monitors the dosing process, while AutoFlowAdapt automatically compensates for changes in process pressure to maintain accurate dosing.
Construction features include a rugged PVDF pump head and durable PTFE gaskets paired with ceramic ball valves for chemical compatibility. The front-mounted control panel features a click-wheel interface, and communication functions are available according to the selected control variant. The unit handles liquid temperatures to 45°C and includes two configurable output relays.

Warranty & Returns
All products supplied by Foundation Pumps are covered by a minimum 12-month warranty unless otherwise stated. Some brands may offer longer manufacturer warranties. Warranty covers manufacturing defects, faulty materials and workmanship under normal use.
- Products must be installed correctly and in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.
- Warranty does not cover incorrect installation, misuse, dry running, normal wear and tear, unauthorised repairs or damage caused by external factors.
- Proof of purchase, photos, videos and installation details may be requested when assessing a warranty claim.
- The customer is responsible for returning the product to Foundation Pumps or the nominated service centre unless otherwise agreed.
- Removal, reinstallation, labour and associated site costs are generally the customer’s responsibility unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
- Change-of-mind returns may be accepted within 30 days provided the product is unused, uninstalled and returned in its original packaging.
- Customers are responsible for return freight costs for change-of-mind returns.
- Restocking fees may apply to special-order, bulky or non-stocked products.
- Used, installed or specially ordered products may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns.
- If a product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact Foundation Pumps as soon as possible so we can assist with the appropriate repair, replacement or refund.
