Product Overview
Bulk chemical handling and high-capacity water treatment duties require the increased hydraulic power of the Smart Digital XL series. This configuration is intended for industrial users who need to move significant dosing volumes with the same level of digital precision and monitoring found in standard units.
Powered by a 62 W motor, this system produces a maximum flow of 60 L/h against a 10 bar maximum operating pressure. It features an 800:1 turn-down ratio, providing the hydraulic strength required to manage large-scale chemical injection while maintaining the ability to scale down to a minimum flow of 0.075 L/h.
The system utilises advanced stepper motor technology to provide smooth and continuous dosing suitable for even viscous or degassing liquids. FlowControl continuously monitors the dosing process, while AutoFlowAdapt automatically compensates for changes in process pressure to maintain accurate dosing.
Structural integrity is provided by a PVDF dosing head and a durable PTFE diaphragm supported by ceramic ball valves. Connectivity is enhanced with communication functions available according to the selected control variant. The unit is rated for liquid temperatures up to 50°C and includes U3 connection packs for high-volume throughput.

Warranty & Returns
All products supplied by Foundation Pumps are covered by a minimum 12-month warranty unless otherwise stated. Some brands may offer longer manufacturer warranties. Warranty covers manufacturing defects, faulty materials and workmanship under normal use.
- Products must be installed correctly and in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.
- Warranty does not cover incorrect installation, misuse, dry running, normal wear and tear, unauthorised repairs or damage caused by external factors.
- Proof of purchase, photos, videos and installation details may be requested when assessing a warranty claim.
- The customer is responsible for returning the product to Foundation Pumps or the nominated service centre unless otherwise agreed.
- Removal, reinstallation, labour and associated site costs are generally the customer’s responsibility unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
- Change-of-mind returns may be accepted within 30 days provided the product is unused, uninstalled and returned in its original packaging.
- Customers are responsible for return freight costs for change-of-mind returns.
- Restocking fees may apply to special-order, bulky or non-stocked products.
- Used, installed or specially ordered products may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns.
- If a product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact Foundation Pumps as soon as possible so we can assist with the appropriate repair, replacement or refund.
