Product Overview
Providing maximum head in the 25 mm threaded class, the Grundfos MAGNA1 25-120 circulator pump meets the requirements of solar thermal loops, geothermal heat exchangers, and tall hydronic heating risers. Its internal frequency converter adjusts motor speed to match variable heating and cooling demands.
The 180 mm port-to-port casing is manufactured from EN-GJL-200 cast iron, housing a engineered composite impeller and canned rotor motor. Designed for 10 bar operational pressures and fluid temperatures between -10°C and 110°C, the pump has a net weight of 4.39 kg.
The 1-phase 230-240 V ECM motor has a maximum power input (P1) of 8 W to 188 W while electrical input power (P1) operates between 8 W and 188 W with a maximum current of 1.51 A. Peak hydraulic output reaches a flow rate of 5.75 m³/h (96 L/Min) and a maximum head of 12 m across 1 1/2 inch threaded connections.
Nine control curves are selectable directly on the front panel, providing proportional pressure, constant pressure, and fixed speed operation. Features include an EEI rating of 0.20, Class F insulation, an IPX4D housing, and integrated fault relay terminals.

Through what threaded pipe outlet does this variable circulator discharge peak fluid flow?
Discharging heating liquid through 180 mm port-to-port G 1 1/2 inch threaded connections, the MAGNA1 25-120 sustains a maximum circulating flow rate of approximately 96 L/Min.
What metallurgy and internal composite materials ensure long term casing durability?
Compact circulating duty on the Grundfos MAGNA1 25-120 relies on dense Cast Iron housing with composite impeller casing construction to manage pipeline vibration.
How much electrical current and motor kilowatt power does this compact heating pump require?
Automated duty control manages motor consumption on the MAGNA1-25-120, drawing up to 0.14 kW (140 W) on 240 V drawing a rated current of 1.51 Amps.
What system operating pressure bar threshold and fluid temperature range apply to this circulator?
Hydronic heating circuit limits establish that the Grundfos MAGNA1 25 120 sustains working pressures up to 10 bar across temperatures from -10°C to 110°C.
How much dynamic head elevation can this efficient heating circulator achieve?
Elevating heating fluid across residential pipework, the MAGNA1_25_120 reaches a maximum dynamic head of approximately 12 m.
