Product Overview
Capable of delivering 6.305 m of head at substantial flow rates, the Grundfos MAGNA1 40-100 F circulator pump is specified for air handling unit coils, multi-floor heating risers, and commercial heat recovery networks. It automatically modulates speed to deliver balanced differential pressure across the system.
The casing is cast from EN-GJL-200 iron with a 220 mm port-to-port dimension, holding a composite impeller, stainless rotor can, and air-cooled electronic module. Rated for 10 bar working pressure and liquid temperatures from -10°C to 110°C, the complete pump assembly weighs 16.3 kg.
The single-phase 230-240 V ECM motor has a maximum power input (P1) of 17 W to 370 W and operates from 17 W to a maximum electrical power input (P1) of 370 W at 1.65 A. Hydraulic performance achieves a flow rate of 12.77 m³/h (213 L/Min) with a maximum head of 10 m through DN 40 DIN flanged pipe ports.
Control options encompass three proportional pressure curves, three constant pressure curves, and three constant speeds. The unit holds an EEI rating of 0.19, IPX4D ingress protection, Class F insulation, and integrated fault signal relay contacts.

Warranty & Returns
All products supplied by Foundation Pumps are covered by a minimum 12-month warranty unless otherwise stated. Some brands may offer longer manufacturer warranties. Warranty covers manufacturing defects, faulty materials and workmanship under normal use.
- Products must be installed correctly and in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.
- Warranty does not cover incorrect installation, misuse, dry running, normal wear and tear, unauthorised repairs or damage caused by external factors.
- Proof of purchase, photos, videos and installation details may be requested when assessing a warranty claim.
- The customer is responsible for returning the product to Foundation Pumps or the nominated service centre unless otherwise agreed.
- Removal, reinstallation, labour and associated site costs are generally the customer’s responsibility unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
- Change-of-mind returns may be accepted within 30 days provided the product is unused, uninstalled and returned in its original packaging.
- Customers are responsible for return freight costs for change-of-mind returns.
- Restocking fees may apply to special-order, bulky or non-stocked products.
- Used, installed or specially ordered products may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns.
- If a product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact Foundation Pumps as soon as possible so we can assist with the appropriate repair, replacement or refund.
