Product Overview

Constructed for fixed foundation mounting in mechanical rooms, the NB 32-125/130 single-stage end-suction pump connects via DN 50 suction and DN 32 discharge ports. A 2.2 kW electric motor provides mechanical power for continuous water circulation across building service headers.

Fluid output parameters show a rated throughput of 419 L/Min and a maximum head limit of 18.39 m. Electrocoating treatment on the cast iron casing limits rust in hydronic loops. The internal rotor holds a stainless steel impeller with bronze wear rings. Unit physical weight is 48 kg.

Operating on a 415 V three-phase power supply, the NB 32-125/130 electric motor yields 2.2 kW output power with a current draw of 7.56 Amps. Media temperature capabilities span from -25°C to 120°C under continuous line pressures up to 16 bar. Flanged ports feature DN 50 suction and DN 32 discharge sizing.

Winding insulation on the NB 32-125/130 motor complies with Class F standards within an IP55 dust and spray resistant motor housing equipped with PTC thermistors. Service procedures benefit from back-pull-out construction, permitting internal rotor disassembly without disconnecting main system pipework headers.

Features

  • Back pull-out design allows complete rotating assembly removal including motor, coupling and impeller without disturbing pump housing or connected pipework.
  • EN733 and ISO2858 dimensional compliance ensures interchangeability with other standard end-suction pumps across commercial and industrial installations.
  • ATEX Zone 1, 2, 21 or 22 certification available for operation in potentially explosive atmospheres (except E-model variants).
  • Integrally cast suction and discharge ports with dedicated vent and drain ports provide direct connection points without additional fittings.
  • No baseplate or grouting required to maintain correct shaft alignment and vibration levels within Hydraulic Institute standards.
  • Cataphoretic electrocoating on cast iron internal surfaces provides barrier protection against oxidative corrosion in hydronic circulation loops.
  • Close-coupled configuration eliminates coupling alignment procedures and reduces overall installation footprint compared to long-coupled alternatives.

Operating on an anchored baseplate assembly, what vertical elevation column is generated?

The foot-supported volute design of Grundfos NB 32-125/130 maintains a maximum dynamic head rating of approximately 18.39 m.

Through rigid end-suction volute waterways, how much liquid throughput is moved each minute?

Through rigid end-suction volute waterways, NB 32-125/130 sustains a peak liquid circulation rate of approximately 419 L/Min.

How are the volute chamber and fluid passages protected against long-term operational wear?

Cataphoresis electrocoating protects the baseplate volute of NB-32-125-130, which operates with a precision-cast bronze impeller.

Across plant electrical systems, how is this induction drive powered in terms of voltage and amps?

To drive the end-suction runner, NB 32 125 130 utilizes a 2.2 kW motor operating from a three-phase 415 V feed drawing 7.81 Amps.

Within central utility plant rooms, what fluid temperature thresholds and pressure limits apply?

The mechanical envelope of NB/32/125/130 withstands media temperatures between -25°C to 120°C and working pressures up to 16 bar.
