Product Overview

The NB 32-125/142 end-suction centrifugal pump incorporates a 3 kW electric drive motor connected to DN 50 suction and DN 32 discharge flanged piping joints. Designed for continuous building service duty, the unit handles clean fluid movement across commercial plant installations.

Hydraulic rating calculations confirm a flow capacity of 468 L/Min at a maximum head threshold of 23.53 m. The volute housing is constructed from cataphoresis treated cast iron. Rotor hydraulics feature a stainless steel impeller supported by bronze wear rings. Total net weight measures 57 kg.

Motor electrical configuration on the NB 32-125/142 pump requires a 415 V three-phase connection rated at 3 kW output power. Operating current measures 9.86 Amps at nominal speed. Liquid temperature ranges extend from -25°C to 120°C under 16 bar pressure. Connection is made via DN 50 inlet and DN 32 outlet flanges.

Motor security on the NB 32-125/142 end-suction pump features an IP55 rated housing, Class F thermal insulation, and PTC thermistor winding relays. The back-pull-out structural geometry permits technicians to remove the motor drive and rotor without dismantling connected suction or discharge pipe headers.

Features

  • ATEX Zone 1, 2, 21 or 22 certification available for operation in potentially explosive atmospheres (except E-model variants).
  • Integrally cast suction and discharge ports with dedicated vent and drain ports provide direct connection points without additional fittings.
  • No baseplate or grouting required to maintain correct shaft alignment and vibration levels within Hydraulic Institute standards.
  • Cataphoretic electrocoating on cast iron internal surfaces provides barrier protection against oxidative corrosion in hydronic circulation loops.
  • Close-coupled configuration eliminates coupling alignment procedures and reduces overall installation footprint compared to long-coupled alternatives.
  • Ball bearing support arrangement accommodates both radial and axial thrust loads generated during continuous duty operation at rated speed.
  • PN16 flanged connection ratings on sizes up to and including DN 150 provide elevated working pressure capability beyond standard EN733 10 bar ratings.
