Product Overview

Featuring an end-suction structural layout with DN 80 axial suction and DN 65 radial discharge ports, the NB 65-125/137 pump processes clean liquid media across active HVAC circuits. Powered by a 7.5 kW electric motor, the system operates across continuous commercial pumping cycles.

The hydraulic wet-end achieves a rated flow capacity of 1925 L/Min with a maximum head rating of 18.99 m. Cast iron housing materials provide solid pressure containment up to 16 bar. The internal assembly houses a stainless steel impeller fitted with bronze wear rings. Net equipment weight is 115 kg.

Power specifications for the NB 65-125/137 end-suction pump call for a 415 V three-phase electrical supply rated at 7.5 kW motor power. Current draw under load measures 14.3 Amps. Operating fluid temperatures span -25°C to 120°C with a maximum working pressure rating of 16 bar. The housing features DN 80 axial suction and DN 65 radial discharge ports.

The NB 65-125/137 electric motor carries an IP55 ingress protection rating alongside Class F thermal insulation and integrated PTC thermistors. System maintenance relies on back-pull-out architecture, enabling drive head disassembly while the pump volute stays secured to concrete foundation bases and pipe runs.

Features

  • No baseplate or grouting required to maintain correct shaft alignment and vibration levels within Hydraulic Institute standards.
  • Cataphoretic electrocoating on cast iron internal surfaces provides barrier protection against oxidative corrosion in hydronic circulation loops.
  • Close-coupled configuration eliminates coupling alignment procedures and reduces overall installation footprint compared to long-coupled alternatives.
  • Ball bearing support arrangement accommodates both radial and axial thrust loads generated during continuous duty operation at rated speed.
  • PN16 flanged connection ratings on sizes up to and including DN 150 provide elevated working pressure capability beyond standard EN733 10 bar ratings.
  • O-ring seal between pump housing and cover eliminates leakage risk at the volute-to-cover joint under sustained operating pressures.
  • Optimised impeller and volute hydraulics deliver unimpeded liquid flow through the pump casing, reducing internal turbulence losses.

Across regional district transmission manifolds, how much volumetric displacement does this pump deliver?

Across anchored mechanical skids, Grundfos NB 65-125/137 delivers a maximum volumetric throughput of approximately 1925 L/Min.

Under severe operating pressures, which metals protect this heavy unit against mechanical fatigue?

Long-term structural shape is preserved in NB 65-125/137 by an EN-GJL-250 cast iron body with a precision-cast bronze impeller.

Which motor electrical parameters in kilowatts, line voltage, and running current are certified on site?

Under full rotational speed, NB-65-125-137 consumes 14.3 Amps across a three-phase 415 V electrical supply, driving its 7.5 kW motor.

In secondary distribution skids, which fluid temperature ranges and line pressures can be sustained safely?

Fluid operating conditions from -25°C to 120°C are fully accommodated within NB 65 125 137 up to a working pressure boundary of 10 bar.

Operating across massive primary boiler manifolds, what peak dynamic lift is certified on site?

Anchored to heavy vibration-damping plinths, NB/65/125/137 generates a maximum dynamic elevation of approximately 18.99 m.
