With a 145 mm free passage and flow capacity of 22500 L/min, the Grundfos S2.145.300.200.8.62E.C.388.G.N.D.513GPA 8-pole submersible sewage pump handles wastewater, process water and unscreened raw sewage where large solids passage and high flow rates are required. The Variant C cooling jacket enables continuous submerged operation at depths up to 20 m.
A 20 kW motor (P2) at 735 rpm from a 415 V three-phase supply draws 40 A with 89% efficiency at full load and 88% at 3/4 load. Maximum head is 9.3 m, with DN300 outlet and DN145 inlet connections carrying a PN10 pressure rating for this configuration.
Hydraulic performance is provided by a 2-channel ductile iron impeller with 145 mm free passage, with the impeller diameter and dual-channel configuration matched to the E lifting height class requirements. The 388 mm impeller geometry determines the head and flow characteristics for this Range 62 model.
Cast iron construction with IP68 enclosure and Class F insulation provides submerged durability, with primary silicon carbide and secondary silicon carbide-carbon shaft seals preventing liquid ingress. Integrated moisture sensors are fitted as standard, and the 15 m S1BN8-F cable supports Star/Delta starting.

- IP68 Enclosure Protection: The motor housing is fully sealed against permanent submersion, with the IP68 rating confirming suitability for continuous operation at depths up to 20 m.
- Silicon Carbide Shaft Seals: The primary shaft seal uses silicon carbide faces while the secondary seal employs a silicon carbide-carbon combination, providing two-stage protection against liquid ingress into the motor compartment.
- Integrated Moisture Sensors: Sensors are fitted within the motor housing to detect the presence of moisture, providing early indication of potential seal degradation or liquid ingress during service.

Warranty & Returns
All products supplied by Foundation Pumps are covered by a minimum 12-month warranty unless otherwise stated. Some brands may offer longer manufacturer warranties. Warranty covers manufacturing defects, faulty materials and workmanship under normal use.
- Products must be installed correctly and in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.
- Warranty does not cover incorrect installation, misuse, dry running, normal wear and tear, unauthorised repairs or damage caused by external factors.
- Proof of purchase, photos, videos and installation details may be requested when assessing a warranty claim.
- The customer is responsible for returning the product to Foundation Pumps or the nominated service centre unless otherwise agreed.
- Removal, reinstallation, labour and associated site costs are generally the customer’s responsibility unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
- Change-of-mind returns may be accepted within 30 days provided the product is unused, uninstalled and returned in its original packaging.
- Customers are responsible for return freight costs for change-of-mind returns.
- Restocking fees may apply to special-order, bulky or non-stocked products.
- Used, installed or specially ordered products may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns.
- If a product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact Foundation Pumps as soon as possible so we can assist with the appropriate repair, replacement or refund.
