This cast iron pump is intended for submerged installations and handles untreated wastewater containing large solids and sewage. It is engineered for service in infrastructure environments with liquid temperatures from 0°C to +40°C.
Driven by a slow-speed 20 kW 8-pole motor at 735 rpm, the pump achieves a maximum head of 10.3 m and a maximum flow of 22500 L/min. Drawing 40 Amps on a three-phase 415 V supply, stable motor operation is maintained during high-capacity transfer. This configuration provides the high-torque pumping performance required for municipal sewage handling.
The hydraulic system uses a 2-channel ductile iron impeller with a 388 mm diameter and a large 145 mm free passage for managing untreated wastewater containing solids. Featuring a DN 300 outlet connection, the design supports high-volume transfer while helping to reduce the risk of clogging. This setup is optimized for municipal wastewater collection and transfer applications.
Structural integrity is provided by an EN-GJL-250 cast iron motor casing and pump housing with a double mechanical SIC shaft seal arrangement. Protection monitoring is managed by integrated moisture sensors and thermal switches to ensure motor safety in permanent stations. The unit is supplied with a 15-metre S1BN8-F power cable and an IP68 enclosure suitable for installation to 20 metres.

All products supplied by Foundation Pumps are covered by a minimum 12-month warranty unless otherwise stated. Some brands may offer longer manufacturer warranties. Warranty covers manufacturing defects, faulty materials and workmanship under normal use.
- Products must be installed correctly and in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.
- Warranty does not cover incorrect installation, misuse, dry running, normal wear and tear, unauthorised repairs or damage caused by external factors.
- Proof of purchase, photos, videos and installation details may be requested when assessing a warranty claim.
- The customer is responsible for returning the product to Foundation Pumps or the nominated service centre unless otherwise agreed.
- Removal, reinstallation, labour and associated site costs are generally the customer’s responsibility unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
- Change-of-mind returns may be accepted within 30 days provided the product is unused, uninstalled and returned in its original packaging.
- Customers are responsible for return freight costs for change-of-mind returns.
- Restocking fees may apply to special-order, bulky or non-stocked products.
- Used, installed or specially ordered products may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns.
- If a product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact Foundation Pumps as soon as possible so we can assist with the appropriate repair, replacement or refund.
