Constructed from solid Ductile cast iron EN 1563 EN-GJS-500-7, the physical outer housing surrounds central dynamic components. The 2-channel impeller, measuring exactly 500 mm in overall diameter, effectively processes suspended physical solids up to 120 mm in size. The internal core motor casing is manufactured from Cast iron EN 1561 EN-GJL-250. The mechanical unit weighs 1440 kg and operates strictly in Newtonian liquids up to 40°C.
The 100 kW electrical motor works on a three-phase 415v continuous power supply, operating with a designated steady continuous current of 183 Amps. The heavy industrial unit achieves a maximum head of 41.5 meters and a maximum flow volume of 28200 L/Min running directly through a DN 250 mm discharge outlet. System thermal safety is strictly provided by Class F internal motor insulation combined with a rated IP68 physical enclosure parameter. Primary SIC mechanical seals and secondary SIC-CARBON shaft seals precisely provide constant internal fluid containment. The operational architecture incorporates a 6-pole motor matched with a Y/D starting mechanism. The cooling jacket enables installation flexibility.

All products supplied by Foundation Pumps are covered by a minimum 12-month warranty unless otherwise stated. Some brands may offer longer manufacturer warranties. Warranty covers manufacturing defects, faulty materials and workmanship under normal use.

- Warranty does not cover incorrect installation, misuse, dry running, normal wear and tear, unauthorised repairs or damage caused by external factors.
- Proof of purchase, photos, videos and installation details may be requested when assessing a warranty claim.
- The customer is responsible for returning the product to Foundation Pumps or the nominated service centre unless otherwise agreed.
- Removal, reinstallation, labour and associated site costs are generally the customer’s responsibility unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
- Change-of-mind returns may be accepted within 30 days provided the product is unused, uninstalled and returned in its original packaging.
- Customers are responsible for return freight costs for change-of-mind returns.
- Restocking fees may apply to special-order, bulky or non-stocked products.
- Used, installed or specially ordered products may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns.
- If a product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact Foundation Pumps as soon as possible so we can assist with the appropriate repair, replacement or refund.
