Product Overview
Built with a solid EN-GJL-250 cast iron volute casing, the TP 100-390/2 in-line centrifugal pump incorporates a precision bronze impeller. The housing assembly receives cataphoresis electrocoating treatment to provide long-term corrosion resistance in active fluid loops with minimal maintenance demands.
Constructed with an EN-GJL-250 cast iron casing, the housing body features cataphoresis electrocoating surface treatment for internal corrosion protection. The internal hydraulic assembly contains a precision bronze impeller fitted with bronze wear rings and a maintenance-free mechanical shaft seal. Net product weight measures 223 kg for fixed mounting placement in mechanical plant rooms.
The motor operates on a 415 V three-phase supply rated at 39.5 Amps nominal operating current. Operating liquid temperatures span from -25°C to 120°C under maximum working pressures up to 16 bar. In-line opposite port geometry with DN 100 flanged connections enables mounting directly into straight pipework lines or onto foundation bases.
Motor protection features an IP55 enclosure rating with Class F thermal insulation and integrated PTC thermistors. Top-pull-out structural design enables removal of the motor head and impeller assembly without dismantling the pump housing from connected system pipework lines during scheduled servicing routines.

Across plant circulation loops, what maximum liquid volume does this flanged pump move each minute?
At full rotational motor power, Grundfos TP 100-390/2 circulates a peak volumetric liquid flow of approximately 2850 L/Min.
How are the internal rotating parts and pressure housing protected against operating fatigue?
Engineered for demanding circulating duty, TP 100-390/2 pairs an EN-GJL-250 cast iron casing with a precision-cast bronze impeller.
How much electrical wattage and operational running amperage does this heavy drive motor draw?
Configured for facility power systems, TP-100-390-2 utilizes a 22 kW motor operating from a three-phase 415 V line drawing 39.5 Amps.
Within what fluid temperature boundaries and system line pressures can this pump operate safely?
The casing and seal design of TP 100 390 2 endure extreme thermal variations from -25°C to 120°C with pressure limits up to 16 bar.
In heavy circulating circuits, what total dynamic elevation height is developed under load?
Operating at rated speed across primary headers, TP/100/390/2 delivers a maximum dynamic lift of approximately 39 m.
