Product Overview

Processing liquid temperatures spanning -25°C to 120°C, the TP 40-60/2 single-stage centrifugal inline pump is specified for closed-loop hydronic heating and open-loop cooling systems. Hydraulic output reaches 173 L/Min rated flow through DN 40 flanged ports into system headers.

Constructed with an EN-GJL-250 cast iron casing, the housing body features cataphoresis electrocoating surface treatment for internal corrosion protection. The internal hydraulic assembly contains a precision stainless steel impeller fitted with bronze wear rings and a maintenance-free mechanical shaft seal. Net product weight measures 23 kg for fixed mounting placement in mechanical plant rooms.

The motor operates on a 240 V single-phase supply rated at 2.05 Amps nominal operating current. Operating liquid temperatures span from -25°C to 120°C under maximum working pressures up to 16 bar. In-line opposite port geometry with DN 40 flanged connections enables mounting directly into straight pipework lines or onto foundation bases.

Motor protection features an IP55 enclosure rating with Class F thermal insulation and integrated PTC thermistors. Top-pull-out structural design enables removal of the motor head and impeller assembly without dismantling the pump housing from connected system pipework lines during scheduled servicing routines.

Features

  • EN-GJL-250 cast iron pump casing with protective cataphoresis electrocoating surface treatment.
  • Rated hydraulic output capacity achieving 6 m maximum head and 173 L/Min flow rate.
  • In-line structural design with opposite suction and discharge ports for direct pipework line mounting.
  • Standardized DN 40 flanged connection ports for commercial HVAC and heating installation.
  • Internal hydraulic rotor assembly incorporating a precision manufactured stainless steel impeller.
  • IP55 enclosure rating with Class F thermal insulation and integrated PTC thermistor motor protection.
  • Top-pull-out mechanical layout allowing service access without removing volute casing from pipework lines.
