Operating on a 7.5 kW motor drive, the TPE3 65-580 single-stage inline pump handles fluid transfer across commercial building services, cooling tower circuits, and hydronic heating headers. Standardized DN 65 suction and discharge flanges permit inline line mounting, eliminating complex foundation coupling procedures.
Liquid handling performance provides a nominal flow rate of 1012 L/Min against a maximum head limit of 35.5 m. The cast iron volute body (EN-GJL-250) offers corrosion barrier protection for hydronic loops. The internal rotor houses a Cast iron impeller assembly supported by a BQQE shaft seal. Equipment net weight stands at 83.7 kg.
Engineered for Three-phase electrical systems (3 x 380-500 V), the 7.5 kW motor draws 14.1 Amps full-load current. Operating liquid temperatures cover a wide -25°C to 120°C span up to 16 bar system working pressure. Opposite DN 65 inlet and DN 65 discharge flanges provide standard pipe header compatibility.
Enclosure protection meets IP55 weatherization standards, supported by Class F motor insulation against high ambient temperatures. An onboard frequency converter with closed-loop PI control allows real-time variable speed tuning. The top-pull-out power head geometry permits technicians to perform seal or impeller maintenance while keeping the volute casing installed in system pipework headers.

Warranty & Returns
All products supplied by Foundation Pumps are covered by a minimum 12-month warranty unless otherwise stated. Some brands may offer longer manufacturer warranties. Warranty covers manufacturing defects, faulty materials and workmanship under normal use.
- Products must be installed correctly and in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.
- Warranty does not cover incorrect installation, misuse, dry running, normal wear and tear, unauthorised repairs or damage caused by external factors.
- Proof of purchase, photos, videos and installation details may be requested when assessing a warranty claim.
- The customer is responsible for returning the product to Foundation Pumps or the nominated service centre unless otherwise agreed.
- Removal, reinstallation, labour and associated site costs are generally the customer’s responsibility unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
- Change-of-mind returns may be accepted within 30 days provided the product is unused, uninstalled and returned in its original packaging.
- Customers are responsible for return freight costs for change-of-mind returns.
- Restocking fees may apply to special-order, bulky or non-stocked products.
- Used, installed or specially ordered products may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns.
- If a product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact Foundation Pumps as soon as possible so we can assist with the appropriate repair, replacement or refund.
