Product Overview
Heating circuits with significant pipe resistance, whether from a tall building riser or an extensive multi-storey radiator layout, require more head than a standard domestic circulator can generate. The Grundfos UPS 25-100 is built for that higher-resistance category, with a 10 m head rating at the top of the cast iron UPS range.
At its highest speed setting, the pump delivers 111 L/Min against a maximum head of 10 m, drawing up to 345 W and 1.52 A on a 1 x 240 V supply. Three selectable speeds step power from 280 W upward, letting the pump be run below its maximum during commissioning while retaining the reserve head for peak load conditions.
The canned rotor motor construction lubricates its own bearings using the circulating heating water, removing the mechanical shaft seal from the design. Liquid temperature tolerance runs from -25°C to 110°C, and the cast iron housing is built for closed-loop systems rather than potable water.
Given the higher power draw, insulation class steps up to H rather than F, and the enclosure carries an IPX4D rating for improved ingress protection. At 180 mm port-to-port with 1 1/2 inch connections, it retains a familiar footprint for installers working with the smaller UPS 25 models.

Warranty & Returns
All products supplied by Foundation Pumps are covered by a minimum 12-month warranty unless otherwise stated. Some brands may offer longer manufacturer warranties. Warranty covers manufacturing defects, faulty materials and workmanship under normal use.
- Products must be installed correctly and in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.
- Warranty does not cover incorrect installation, misuse, dry running, normal wear and tear, unauthorised repairs or damage caused by external factors.
- Proof of purchase, photos, videos and installation details may be requested when assessing a warranty claim.
- The customer is responsible for returning the product to Foundation Pumps or the nominated service centre unless otherwise agreed.
- Removal, reinstallation, labour and associated site costs are generally the customer’s responsibility unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
- Change-of-mind returns may be accepted within 30 days provided the product is unused, uninstalled and returned in its original packaging.
- Customers are responsible for return freight costs for change-of-mind returns.
- Restocking fees may apply to special-order, bulky or non-stocked products.
- Used, installed or specially ordered products may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns.
- If a product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact Foundation Pumps as soon as possible so we can assist with the appropriate repair, replacement or refund.
