Product Overview

It integrates into sealed secondary heating circuits and closed cooling water loops where non-potable circulating water remains isolated from atmospheric air.
Cast iron EN-GJL-250 forms the 250 mm port-to-port pump housing, paired with an EN 1.4301 stainless steel impeller and an aluminium alloy stator housing. The assembly withstands liquid temperatures between -10°C and 120°C alongside operating pressures to 10 bar (PN 6/10), with the total net weight measuring 16.6 kg.
A 1-phase 230-240 V 50 Hz motor draws up to 280 W electrical input power (P1) at 1.3 A across three selectable speeds, starting from 250 W in speed 1. Hydraulic output achieves a rated flow of 10.6 m³/h (177 L/Min) with a maximum head of 4.24 m, discharging through DN 40 DIN flanged connections.
Sealless canned rotor construction utilizes ceramic radial bearings and a carbon axial bearing lubricated directly by the circulating fluid. The electrical enclosure meets IPX4D standards with Class F winding insulation, while internal thermal contacts connect to external control gear for overtemperature shutdown.

Warranty & Returns
All products supplied by Foundation Pumps are covered by a minimum 12-month warranty unless otherwise stated. Some brands may offer longer manufacturer warranties. Warranty covers manufacturing defects, faulty materials and workmanship under normal use.
- Products must be installed correctly and in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.
- Warranty does not cover incorrect installation, misuse, dry running, normal wear and tear, unauthorised repairs or damage caused by external factors.
- Proof of purchase, photos, videos and installation details may be requested when assessing a warranty claim.
- The customer is responsible for returning the product to Foundation Pumps or the nominated service centre unless otherwise agreed.
- Removal, reinstallation, labour and associated site costs are generally the customer’s responsibility unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
- Change-of-mind returns may be accepted within 30 days provided the product is unused, uninstalled and returned in its original packaging.
- Customers are responsible for return freight costs for change-of-mind returns.
- Restocking fees may apply to special-order, bulky or non-stocked products.
- Used, installed or specially ordered products may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns.
- If a product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact Foundation Pumps as soon as possible so we can assist with the appropriate repair, replacement or refund.
