The Grundfos UPS 50-120 F 415V circulator pump combines high head generation with substantial flow rates for commercial heating networks and central air conditioning systems. It circulates thermal fluids through high-resistance boiler primary circuits and extensive fan coil distribution headers.
An EN-GJL-250 cast iron casing with a 280 mm face-to-face length houses a pressed AISI 304 stainless steel impeller, stainless rotor can, and bearing plate. The unit handles maximum working pressures of 10 bar (PN 6/10) and liquid operating temperatures from -10°C to 120°C, weighing 23.1 kg.
The 3-phase 400-415 V 50 Hz motor has a maximum power input (P1) of 720 W at 1.3 A at top speed, offering three selectable speed curves for system commissioning. Hydraulic performance produces a maximum head of 12 m and a calculated flow rate of 16.3 m³/h (272 L/Min) via DN 50 DIN flanged pipe connections.
Ceramic radial bearings and a carbon axial bearing operate fully immersed in the circulating fluid, preventing seal wear and shaft leakage. The IPX4D motor casing includes Class H insulation and internal thermal switches for interconnection with motor control centres.

Warranty & Returns
All products supplied by Foundation Pumps are covered by a minimum 12-month warranty unless otherwise stated. Some brands may offer longer manufacturer warranties. Warranty covers manufacturing defects, faulty materials and workmanship under normal use.
- Products must be installed correctly and in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.
- Warranty does not cover incorrect installation, misuse, dry running, normal wear and tear, unauthorised repairs or damage caused by external factors.
- Proof of purchase, photos, videos and installation details may be requested when assessing a warranty claim.
- The customer is responsible for returning the product to Foundation Pumps or the nominated service centre unless otherwise agreed.
- Removal, reinstallation, labour and associated site costs are generally the customer’s responsibility unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
- Change-of-mind returns may be accepted within 30 days provided the product is unused, uninstalled and returned in its original packaging.
- Customers are responsible for return freight costs for change-of-mind returns.
- Restocking fees may apply to special-order, bulky or non-stocked products.
- Used, installed or specially ordered products may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns.
- If a product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact Foundation Pumps as soon as possible so we can assist with the appropriate repair, replacement or refund.
