Product Overview
Built for substantial flow rates against moderate-to-high system head, the Grundfos UPS 65-120 F 415V circulator pump serves extensive commercial heating distribution systems and industrial cooling loops. It delivers steady circulation through district heating substations and large central plant manifolds.
The casing is constructed from EN-GJL-250 cast iron at a 340 mm port-to-port dimension, housing an EN 1.4301 stainless steel impeller and aluminium stator shell. The pump is rated for operating pressures up to 10 bar and fluid temperatures between -10°C and 120°C, with a net weight of 28.9 kg.
The 3 x 400-415 V 50 Hz motor has a maximum power input (P1) of 1150 W (1.15 kW) at 2.15 A on speed 3, with three selectable speed steps. Hydraulic output achieves a calculated flow rate of 27.59 m³/h (460 L/Min) with a maximum head of 12 m via DN 65 DIN flanged pipe ports.
Liquid-lubricated ceramic bearings provide continuous rotation without mechanical seal maintenance in closed hydronic loops. The motor includes Class H insulation, an IPX4D splash-proof enclosure, and integral thermal switches for overload monitoring.

Warranty & Returns
All products supplied by Foundation Pumps are covered by a minimum 12-month warranty unless otherwise stated. Some brands may offer longer manufacturer warranties. Warranty covers manufacturing defects, faulty materials and workmanship under normal use.
- Products must be installed correctly and in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.
- Warranty does not cover incorrect installation, misuse, dry running, normal wear and tear, unauthorised repairs or damage caused by external factors.
- Proof of purchase, photos, videos and installation details may be requested when assessing a warranty claim.
- The customer is responsible for returning the product to Foundation Pumps or the nominated service centre unless otherwise agreed.
- Removal, reinstallation, labour and associated site costs are generally the customer’s responsibility unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
- Change-of-mind returns may be accepted within 30 days provided the product is unused, uninstalled and returned in its original packaging.
- Customers are responsible for return freight costs for change-of-mind returns.
- Restocking fees may apply to special-order, bulky or non-stocked products.
- Used, installed or specially ordered products may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns.
- If a product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact Foundation Pumps as soon as possible so we can assist with the appropriate repair, replacement or refund.
