Product Overview
The highest-output model in the 65 mm range, the Grundfos UPS 65-180 F 415V circulator pump meets the dual requirements of high flow volume and steep head generation in large-scale commercial facilities. It circulates thermal fluid across multi-storey building complexes and long-run distribution headers.
A heavy cast iron EN-GJL-250 casing with a 340 mm port-to-port dimension encloses a laser-welded AISI 304 stainless steel impeller, rotor cladding, and bearing plate. Built for 10 bar working pressure and liquid media from -10°C to 120°C, the assembly weighs 29.3 kg.
Power is supplied by a 3-phase 400-415 V 50 Hz motor with a maximum power input (P1) of 1550 W (1.55 kW) at 2.9 A at maximum speed, with three selectable speed settings. The hydraulic design delivers a maximum head of 18 m and a flow rate of 28.9 m³/h (482 L/Min) through DN 65 DIN flanged ports.
Canned rotor construction removes variable shaft seals, utilizing fluid-immersed ceramic radial bearings and a carbon axial bearing. The electrical terminal box is rated to IPX4D with Class H insulation and includes built-in thermal protection contacts.

Warranty & Returns
All products supplied by Foundation Pumps are covered by a minimum 12-month warranty unless otherwise stated. Some brands may offer longer manufacturer warranties. Warranty covers manufacturing defects, faulty materials and workmanship under normal use.
- Products must be installed correctly and in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.
- Warranty does not cover incorrect installation, misuse, dry running, normal wear and tear, unauthorised repairs or damage caused by external factors.
- Proof of purchase, photos, videos and installation details may be requested when assessing a warranty claim.
- The customer is responsible for returning the product to Foundation Pumps or the nominated service centre unless otherwise agreed.
- Removal, reinstallation, labour and associated site costs are generally the customer’s responsibility unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
- Change-of-mind returns may be accepted within 30 days provided the product is unused, uninstalled and returned in its original packaging.
- Customers are responsible for return freight costs for change-of-mind returns.
- Restocking fees may apply to special-order, bulky or non-stocked products.
- Used, installed or specially ordered products may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns.
- If a product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact Foundation Pumps as soon as possible so we can assist with the appropriate repair, replacement or refund.
