Product Overview
As the largest capacity model in the UPS commercial line, the Grundfos UPS 80-120 F 415V circulator pump is specified for large commercial heating plants, district cooling manifolds, and industrial process water loops. It delivers substantial flow combined with high pressure head.
The casing is cast from EN-GJL-250 iron with a 360 mm port-to-port dimension, holding an AISI 304 stainless steel impeller, stainless rotor can, and bearing plate. Built for 6 bar maximum working pressure, the unit handles circulating temperatures from -10°C to 120°C and weighs 36.8 kg.
The 3 x 400-415 V 50 Hz motor has a maximum power input (P1) of 1500 W (1.5 kW) at 2.75 A at top speed across three switchable operational curves. Hydraulic output delivers a calculated flow rate of 40.43 m³/h (674 L/Min) against a maximum head of 12 m via DN 80 DIN flanged pipe ports.
A sealless canned rotor design avoids mechanical shaft seals through fluid-lubricated ceramic radial bearings and a carbon axial bearing. The motor is protected to IPX4D standards with Class H winding insulation and built-in thermal switch contacts.

Warranty & Returns
All products supplied by Foundation Pumps are covered by a minimum 12-month warranty unless otherwise stated. Some brands may offer longer manufacturer warranties. Warranty covers manufacturing defects, faulty materials and workmanship under normal use.
- Products must be installed correctly and in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.
- Warranty does not cover incorrect installation, misuse, dry running, normal wear and tear, unauthorised repairs or damage caused by external factors.
- Proof of purchase, photos, videos and installation details may be requested when assessing a warranty claim.
- The customer is responsible for returning the product to Foundation Pumps or the nominated service centre unless otherwise agreed.
- Removal, reinstallation, labour and associated site costs are generally the customer’s responsibility unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
- Change-of-mind returns may be accepted within 30 days provided the product is unused, uninstalled and returned in its original packaging.
- Customers are responsible for return freight costs for change-of-mind returns.
- Restocking fees may apply to special-order, bulky or non-stocked products.
- Used, installed or specially ordered products may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns.
- If a product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact Foundation Pumps as soon as possible so we can assist with the appropriate repair, replacement or refund.
