Product Overview
Engineered for high-volume liquid circulation, the Grundfos UPS 80-60 F 415V circulator pump serves primary boiler loops, district cooling systems, and large central plant headers. Its 80 mm bore accommodates large flow rates while maintaining low fluid velocity and minimal friction head loss.
Cast iron EN-GJL-250 forms the 360 mm port-to-port casing, fitted with an EN 1.4301 stainless steel impeller and aluminium alloy stator housing. The assembly withstands operational pressures up to 6 bar and fluid temperatures between -10°C and 120°C, with a total mass of 37.3 kg.
A 4-pole 3-phase 400-415 V 50 Hz motor has a maximum power input (P1) of 880 W at 1.8 A at maximum speed, providing three manual speed positions. Maximum flow reaches 33.21 m³/h (554 L/Min) with a maximum head of 6 m through DN 80 DIN flanged pipe connections.
A sealless canned rotor construction isolates the stator from circulating media while lubricating internal ceramic bearings with the pumped fluid. The terminal housing provides IPX4D protection with Class H winding insulation and built-in thermal switch contacts.

Warranty & Returns
All products supplied by Foundation Pumps are covered by a minimum 12-month warranty unless otherwise stated. Some brands may offer longer manufacturer warranties. Warranty covers manufacturing defects, faulty materials and workmanship under normal use.
- Products must be installed correctly and in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.
- Warranty does not cover incorrect installation, misuse, dry running, normal wear and tear, unauthorised repairs or damage caused by external factors.
- Proof of purchase, photos, videos and installation details may be requested when assessing a warranty claim.
- The customer is responsible for returning the product to Foundation Pumps or the nominated service centre unless otherwise agreed.
- Removal, reinstallation, labour and associated site costs are generally the customer’s responsibility unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
- Change-of-mind returns may be accepted within 30 days provided the product is unused, uninstalled and returned in its original packaging.
- Customers are responsible for return freight costs for change-of-mind returns.
- Restocking fees may apply to special-order, bulky or non-stocked products.
- Used, installed or specially ordered products may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns.
- If a product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact Foundation Pumps as soon as possible so we can assist with the appropriate repair, replacement or refund.
