Product Overview
Draining stormwater and wastewater are the primary applications for this automated submersible unit. It is rated for liquid temperatures up to 40°C and is engineered for fixed vertical installation in collection sumps or wells. Unattended operation is secured by an integrated float switch that manages start and stop cycles based on real-time fluid levels in the pit.
Performance output for the 0.55 kW motor includes flow rates of up to 420 L/Min and reaching a total manometric head of approximately 10 m. Drawing a rated current of 4.1 Amps on a single-phase 240 V supply, the system is designed for stable hydraulic performance during continuous duty. The system is supplied with 10 meters of power cable and a Shuko plug for immediate use.
The hydraulic configuration features a set-back vortex impeller with 40 mm free passage through the pump. This design provides a recessed flow path through the discharge port. It is engineered to maintain performance stability in domestic and light industrial collection systems.
Structural components include a cast iron EN-GJL 250 pump casing and motor frame paired with an AISI 431 stainless steel shaft. Protection is managed by a mechanical seal in an oil chamber featuring Silicon Carbide and Alumina Graphite faces, supported by NBR gaskets. The rotating assembly utilizes sealed ball bearings and includes an in-built thermal protector for winding safety.
FEATURES
- Cast iron EN-GJL 250 construction for the pump frame and body provides structural stability in permanent duty.
