Product Overview
Optimized for commercial and civil wastewater drainage, this submersible pump provides a steady solution for residential lifting and municipal soiled liquid management. It is designed to operate effectively in civil lifting stations and stormwater collection systems where consistent wastewater handling is required. The unit is particularly effective in environments requiring the transfer of liquids containing high concentrations of solids.
The unit features a 1.8 kW motor configured for 415v operation, providing a balanced wastewater handling capability for medium-duty drainage tasks. It delivers a maximum flow capacity upto 1524 L/Min and achieves a maximum vertical head approx 10.3 m. These performance values ensure reliable wastewater transfer when managing large volumes of runoff or domestic sewage.
The hydraulic configuration features a set-back vortex impeller integrated into the housing to facilitate the movement of solids through centrifugal action. This allows sewage and soiled liquids to pass through the pump body with minimal contact between the material and the impeller vanes. The vortex action ensures that wastewater and fibrous materials are handled effectively during continuous cycles.
Features Cast iron EN-GJL 250 construction for the primary casing and motor housing, providing a robust exterior resistant to abrasive operating environments. The drive assembly uses an AISI 431 shaft and double mechanical seals in silicon carbide (2SiC). ATEX certification ensures the pump is compliant for installation in hazardous zones where explosive gases may accumulate.
